Subaru, Kia, Honda, Chevy and Stellantis dealerships sell in acquisitions in four states

Ciocca Dealerships of Quakertown, Pa., has bought a Subaru-Kia dealership in Ewing Township, N.J.

Ciocca on June 7 acquired Scott Harvey Subaru-Kia from vendor Scott Harvey of the Scott Harvey Vehicle Team. The dealership, which options individual showrooms and a blended service department, was renamed Ciocca Subaru-Kia.

Ewing Township is just throughout the Pennsylvania state line, close to Trenton.

These have been Harvey’s only dealerships, according to the Ciocca group.

With the acquisition, the Ciocca team said it now has 27 dealerships, marketing 18 auto brand names. The acquisition also marked its fourth Subaru dealership and first keep with the rising Kia brand, reported Ciocca Dealerships CEO Gregg Ciocca.

The acquisition fits with a geographic expansion tactic “to be in these higher-populated, substantial-density markets that we’re currently in,” Gregg Ciocca advised Automotive Information.

The team has a Chevrolet retail store in nearby Lawrence Township, N.J.

Ciocca said final month that he needed to double his keep rely to 50 inside of five decades. In 2021, his group acquired what was then the optimum-volume Chevrolet Corvette dealership, Kerbeck Corvette, as component of an acquisition of two Standard Motors dealerships in Atlantic Town, N.J.

Ciocca Dealerships ranks No. 83 on Automotive Information‘ listing of the top 150 dealership groups in the U.S., retailing 12,080 new motor vehicles in 2021.
