Honda Motorcycle, the two-wheeler department of the Motor Company, started its production in 1955. Currently the largest motorcycle maker in Japan, in India, Motorcycle is the second largest two-wheeler maker.

The Dream series was launched by Honda Motors mainly to attract the city commuters. Their bikes the Dream Yuga and the Dream Neo are very popular among the Indian commuters because of their low prices and built quality. The Honda CD 110 Dream is the cheapest Honda bike available in India.
Currently product portfolio includes many imported motorcycles like VFR 1200 F, CBR 1000 RR, CB 1000 R, CBR 250 R. If you are ready to shell out money, there is the Honda CBR 150 which is available for Rs. 1.20 lakh and Honda CBR 250R available at a price tag of Rs 1.65 lakhs. Honda CBR 150 R returns a mileage of 45 kmpl in highway and 32 kmpl in city from its fuel efficient engine.
Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India has three manufacturing plants in India. The first Motorcycle factory in India is situated in Manesar, Haryana. The second Motorcycle plant is situated in Tapukara Industrial Area of Rajasthan. The third Motorcycle plant in India is situated in Narsapura, Karnataka.
