Some have criticized the uptick of businesses and neighborhoods selecting personal protection. P4 said they are not meant to take the spot of law enforcement.

“Stability is to be a deterrent. We want to stop crimes,” said Paul Ohm, P4 Stability Methods Exec. Vice President. “Which is what we’re definitely below for.”

Libertyville law enforcement stated one particular of the stolen cars was recovered in good condition in Lake County. No arrests have been designed.
