GARY, Ind. (Desire) — An 18-yr-aged Chicago gentleman was shot by an Indiana condition trooper Monday soon after he pulled out a gun during a law enforcement chase, say Indiana Condition Law enforcement.
Rashawn Thompson lost handle of a stolen Chevrolet Malibu on Cline Avenue around I-80 in Gary and got out of the vehicle with a gun in his hand, in accordance to ISP.
